OPINIÃO: Tratamento do COV-19, o circo demagógico de Bolsonaro e o depoimento esclarecedor de uma médica

O desastre irreparável das mortes pela pandemia faz parte da conta de um regime político [Bolsonaro] que tem destruído postos de trabalho, concentrado renda, arrancado direitos trabalhistas elementares, aumentado o estoque de pobreza, privatizado o país e, por fim, procurar acabar com o serviço público e o SUS.
Também tem sido o governo Bolsonaro, que tem feito a maior e mais irresponsável demagogia com a hidroxicloroquina, como forma de encobrir sua política sanitária desastrosa e desviar a atenção, hipocritamente, para o tratamento da COV-19.
Por que hipocritamente? Porque jamais teve qualquer política real contra a pandemia, muito menos na questão do tratamento, o qual, de parte do governo, nunca foi além do circo da automedicação, da ema e, ao mesmo tempo, medidas reacionárias contra o povo trabalhador.
Ao final, um governo altamente funcional para o capital financeiro, incluindo a Big Pharma, , a qual agradece o fervor populista de Bolsonaro em queimar os dois medicamentos antiCOVID-19 que não interessam à Big Pharma, precisamente porque são demonstradamente superiores, clinicamente, àquilo que o mercado dos medicamentos patenteados tem a oferecer contra o COV-19.
Durante todo esse tempo, vivemos um determinado processo: de um lado, acumulavam-se crescentes evidências em favor de certos medicamentos baratos e não-patenteáveis por conta da sua capacidade de, clinicamente, derrubar a carga viral e salvar vidas; ao mesmo tempo, a grande mídia [e ao seu lado, a burocracia médica, tendo como alter ego econômico a Big Pharma] escalava em iniciativas e incessante luta contra esse tipo de tratamento. Zero cobertura científica integral.
E ainda por cima, a demagogia reacionária de Bolsonaro; de tal forma que o resultado ficou sendo o de que a ciência respeitável é apenas a veiculada pela OMS/grande mídia. Mesmo que as evidências científicas se acumulem em vários países, em várias línguas, e por parte dos mais diferentes cientistas, nada disso é aceito como evidência científica, ou apenas é aceito se prestigiar medicamentos patenteados e caros dos barões das farmacêuticas [Big Pharma]. Enquanto isso, a bandeira do tratamento ia sendo emporcalhada por Bolsonaro e a hidroxicloroquina ficava malfadadamente conhecida [equivocadamente] como a “droga do Bolsonaro”.
Nesse meio tempo, muitos médicos que estudam com afinco, foram acumulando conhecimentos - e ao mesmo tempo recebendo uma carga de preconceito dos seus pares mais conservadores – e foram dando ao público suas opiniões científicas, que propunham o debate baseado em evidências clínicas; o debate sem dogmas ou desqualificação política binária [na qual quem argumenta pela hidroxicloroquina ou a ivermectina, para citar apenas dois medicamentos não patenteados, é automaticamente cancelado, e lhe colocam um sinal de igualdade com o reacionário Bolsonaro e seu circo demagógico em torno da “cloroquina”].
Essa disjuntiva foi tensionada durante todo o ano passado e certamente cobrou muitas mortes no marco do mantra de que não há tratamento para o COV-19 [muitas mortes poderiam, segundo a Dra Tess Lawrie, ter sido salvas pelo pronto tratamento aos primeiros sintomas do COV-19; ver aqui]. Enquanto isso Bolsonaro impulsionava as mortes com sua política social e sanitária.
Ensaios e demonstrações clínicas vieram de todos os lados e, ao mesmo tempo, mais de dez estudos clínicos de alto nível [RTC] apareceram. O rei perdeu sua última vestimenta.
Mas não para a big mídia e a alta burocracia médica, que - diante da força das evidências clínicas - radicalizaram, e estão agora a pressionar para que os Conselhos punam médicos que prescrevam tais medicamentos [um non sense que cassa o mais elementar direito do médico de salvar vidas com medicamentos off label reposicionados] .
O impasse continua: crescem as evidências, escala a polarização, recrudescem os ataques dos que decidiram, dogmaticamente, que não há tratamento para o COV-19.
No entanto, no meio médico despontaram médicas como a Dra Lucy Kerr, no Brasil, na Inglaterra a Dra Tess Lawrie assim como vários outros profissionais e agora, como se verá nessa nota, a infectologista Dra Roberta Dantas, do Hospital Universitário do Rio Grande do Norte.
Esta última, recentemente deu palestra para médicos, na Associação Médica do RN, em 11/2/2021, com o título Evidências científicas do tratamento precoce do COV-19, que tomamos a liberdade de divulgar por aqui, em vídeo editado [para que tenha menor duração] e que pode ser visto abaixo.
Por que recomendamos enfaticamente esse vídeo para todos aqueles que querem pensar com a própria cabeça a questão do tratamento n do vírus COV-19?
Pela capacidade de argumentação da médica [autora de outra exposição sobre a ivermectina no COV-19 que pode ser vista aqui ] e que possui a rara habilidade – a partir dos seus estudos independentes da Big Pharma desde o começo da pandemia, de resumir dados e elementos essenciais para a compreensão deste tema e que não podem ser, em absoluto, encontrados na grande imprensa.
A grande mídia absolutamente não deu voz a essa médica [nem à Dra L. Kerr, que tem sido atacada sumariamente sem que sua voz seja diretamente ouvida]. E isso por razões mais ou menos óbvias: destoando da Big Pharma, ela foi investigar, sem a peia do dogma, se existe ciência detrás daquelas drogas indesejáveis para a grande indústria farmacêutica.
E encontrou farta evidência clínica [ver tabela a seguir].
IVERMECTINA PARA O COVID-19
Encontrou, portanto, material científico, mundo afora, que consolida, clinicamente, o uso da ivermectina [também há material sobre a hidroxicloroquina] no tratamento nos primeiros sintomas da COV-19.
Como a sua fala é autoexplicativa, detalhadamente esclarecedora da questão do tratamento com medicamentos como a ivermectina, e também sobre outros elementos da pandemia, passamos a palavra à Dra Roberta Dantas.
Desnecessário lembrar que, ao divulgá-la, não endossamos opiniões de quaisquer médicos [não sabemos se é o caso dela] que, em nome do tratamento, teçam quaisquer comentários favoráveis a um regime, Bolsonaro, que com sua empulhação em torno da sua “cloroquina” tem feito mais contra o tratamento do que qualquer um, e promovido mais mortes e miséria social do que a pandemia em si.
